Our Manufacturing Process
PCB Design & SMT Assembly
Our in-house engineers design PCBs optimized for welding performance. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines ensure precise component placement and consistent soldering quality. Every board is optically inspected before moving to assembly.
Component Assembly
Trained technicians assemble IGBT modules, transformers, capacitors, and control boards into rugged housings. Each connection is torque-checked and strain-relieved to withstand vibration and transport.
100% Aging Test
Every single machine undergoes a minimum 4-hour aging test at full rated current. We test at 40°C ambient to ensure real-world duty cycle performance. No machine leaves the factory without passing this test.
Quality Inspection & Packing
Final inspection checks output current, insulation resistance, and all safety features. Machines are packed with foam protection, accessories, and user manuals. Custom OEM packaging available.
Warehouse & Container Loading
Finished products are stored in our warehouse and loaded into containers at Qingdao Port. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.

Quality Control
Incoming Inspection
All components (IGBT modules, transformers, capacitors, PCBs) inspected before entering production. Reject rate below 0.5%.
Assembly Inspection
Torque checks on all electrical connections. Visual inspection of soldering quality. Component placement verification at each assembly stage.
Load Testing
Every machine tested at rated current under load. Output current, voltage, and arc stability verified against specifications.
Burn-In Testing
Minimum 4-hour continuous operation at full rated current in 40°C ambient. No machine leaves without passing this test.
Final Inspection
Complete function test, insulation resistance check, safety features verification, and cosmetic inspection before packaging.

We use a 6-Sigma quality control system with 5 inspection stages: incoming inspection, assembly inspection, load testing, burn-in testing (4+ hours at full current), and final inspection. Every unit is tested — not batch sampling.
