From thick-wall aluminum pressure vessels to titanium aerospace components, this machine delivers the arc stability and thermal capacity required for mission-critical welds. The high-frequency AC output (up to 500Hz) creates a focused, controllable arc for deep penetration on thick aluminum.
The dual-water-cooling system simultaneously cools the torch and the power electronics, ensuring reliable performance during extended high-amperage production runs. Equipped with 2T/4T latching, pulse, and slope-down functions for complete weld parameter control.
